VISION
An empowered Butuan City SPED School, committed to provide equal education climate and opportunities to gifted/ differently– abled children based on their unique level of potential and capacity to adapt to the modern trends of society.

MISSION
In order to achieve its vision, the school commits to provide:
· Differently– abled children modified curriculum based on their assessed needs such as social communication skills, sensory motor skills, basic academic skills and livelihood skills which are necessary for the integration in the regular classes and eventually in the community
​
· Gifted/ talented children with SPED programs and services in order that they realize their maximum potential for the enhancement of themselves and society
​
· Assistance to teachers’ professional growth and development by attending trainings, seminars and availment of scholarship grants
​
· Foster strong partnership with PTA, LGU, NGO, Alumni, private individuals and foreign advocates
​
· Put up a safe and conducive learning laboratory with updated school facilities which will cater to the needs of both FL , SSES and DA pupils.
